Sneek Peek into This Week

Let's get ready to have some fun. Our PBIS program is rolling out. Our first event is Ice in Paradise. Each child will need to have twelve tickets to attend the event. Our goal is for everyone to make it to the event. You may be asking how your child gets tickets. There will be various opportunities throughout the quarter. All our staff will have tickets to hand out throughout the day. We are looking for leaders who are doing the right thing throughout the school day. They may also receive tickets for showing up on time for a day that we pick. They may also get a cougar ticket for showing up to an event. The ways are multiple, and again we are looking forward to all our students attending the event. Thank you to our PBIS committee for organizing the event and PTA for helping us to fund the fun. We are asking the kids what are some fun things you want to do on campus and what motivates them to succeed. We will keep an eye out for every child to do the right things. Lets go Cougars!

PTA is beginning their first fundraiser of the year. This is a win-win for everyone involved. We are asking our students to sell Papa John's cards. The purchaser received fifty percent off pizza all year and the PTA gets money back for our school. Let's sell some cards. The information should be in your child's folder Tuesday. There will be class and individual winners for most cards sold. We do ask that our kids sell the cards in a safe way of course.

September 4th- 4th Grade FAST Test

September 5th- Grandparents Breakfast -Day 1- 8-9 AM

September 6th- Grandparent's Breakfast Day 2 -8-9 AM

Every Wednesday our staff dresses up in red, white, and blue. Your child can join us by staying in uniform and creatively being patriotic.

Every Friday the whole school wears their Bucs gear for Raise the Flags Fridays.
